Dhaga gola kabab:

Ingredients:
Beef mince 750 gram
Fry onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies 6-8
Cumin 1 tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2-3 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Onion (water drained) 1
Clarified butter for brushing
Coal for giving smoke
Thick thread as required
Onion rings as required
Cucumber slice as required
Tomato slice as required

Method:
Add add salt, papaya paste, green coriander, all spice, onion, fry onion, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin and chaat masala in mince and finely chop it in chopper and leave for 2 hours. Then add gram flour and mix well. Now put them on stick and leave for half an hour. Then wrap thread around mince and either barbeque it or fry them in pan. Before frying in pan give coal smoke. Now serve with onion rings, cucumber slice and tomato slice.

Hari Chutney
Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ cup
Mint few leaves
Green coriander few leaves
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Salt to taste
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.

Khasta Paratha:

Ingredients:
Flour ½ kg
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Soda 1 pinch
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oil for frying

Method
Add all ingredients in flour and knead soft dough. Then make balls and roll down and again make balls and leave for 15 minutes. Now roll down and fry in hot clarified butter.
