London, Aug 8 (EFE/EPA).- (Camera: Will Oliver)It could seem like any crossing of any street in the London neighborhood of St John's Wood, but every year thousands of tourists cross the Abbey Road zebra crossing imitating one of the most famous photos in history, the cover of the from The Beatles' 1969 'Abbey Road.'
Hundreds of people gathered on Thursday at the iconic crossing of the British capital to celebrate the photograph's 50th anniversary, taken in August of 1969 by Scottish photographer Iain Macmillan.
