Beef Seekh Kabab:

Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Butter 2 tbsp
Bread slice 1
Onion (fried and crushed) ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili 3-4
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Salt as taste
Onion rings as required
For The Kabab Masala:
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
White cumin 1 ½ tbsp
Red chili (whole) 8-10
Kabab cheeni 6-8 seeds
Cardamom 3
Falafel 1 (small piece)
Coal 1 piece
Clarified butter for frying

Method:
In 1 tbsp clarified butter and cook coriander seeds, white cumin and whole red chili. Then add kabab cheeni, falafel and cardamom. Mix well and grate. Now marinate beef mince with the grated masala, salt, bread slice, fried and crushed onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili, all spice and butter for about 1 hour. Then give coal’s smoke. Now make kababs and do bbq or shallow fry it. In the end serve with onion rings.

Breaded Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients for Marination:
Chicken breast fillet 400 gm
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Worcester sauce 4 tbsp
Mix Italian herb ¾ tsp
For Coating:
Flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Eggs 3
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Fries for frying

Method:
Cut chicken breast fillet in thin slices. Now add all the marinated ingredients and leave it for about 3-4 hours. Then roll in the flour, dip in the eggs and coat with bread crumbs. Then fry in a hot oil on medium heat and serve with fries.
