A popular ‘kek lapis’ or layer cake maker in Kuching, Sarawak has recreated her unique ‘kek lapis’ mooncake after her mooncakes became literally ‘hot cakes’ last year.
Maria Ngui said orders for her mooncakes have been flooding in since July.
