A Singaporean catering company has built a robot that serves up a piping hot bowl of laksa in 45 seconds. The robot, dubbed Sophie by its creators, can be rented by clients to serve around 80 bowls per hour of the spicy noodle soup, one of the city-state’s signature dishes, at catered events.
