Good morning. Upper parts of the peninsula have been seeing showers. Cheonan in Chungcheongnamdo-Province saw more than 130 millimeters, but darker rain clouds will form and drop heavier showers this morning so brace for downpours.
Central western regions will see up to 200 millimeters of torrential showers into Sunday morning, southern provinces and Jeju will see 5 to 40 millimeters.
Heavy rain alerts are in place for central parts of the country, further north is under heavy rain warning that's including Paju and Gimpo in Gyeonggi-do Province.
Meanwhile, a heat wave advisory remains in place for parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province and Daegu.
Seoul saw highs in the twenties but it was still very warm and humid overnight, and most places are waking up to a sticky morning.
Daily highs will be similar to yesterday in most regions, ranging from 27 to 33 degrees.
