Protesters at the Singapore high commission today accused the city state's government of targeting Malaysians who are facing capital punishment under Singaporean laws.
Lawyers for Liberty (LFL) adviser N Surendran claimed he was denied access to Malaysians on death row in Singapore but legal representatives of other nationalities did not face the same restrictions.
More than 30 people had gathered outside the high commission including family members of Malaysians in Singapore who are on death row.
They also submitted a memorandum appealing for amnesty for four such Malaysian prisoners.
