Ingredients
For Batter
Yellow Split Gram (soaked)
Ginger
5-6 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Onion (chopped)
Method: Let’s start with grinding Yellow Split Gram with Ginger & Green Chillies (chopped).
Next, take out the batter in the bowl and make the masala while the Oil is heated up for which add Salt to the batter with Turmeric Powder & Onion (chopped).
Next, mix it all together properly and fry them in Hot Oil on low flame (as shown in the video) and your Crispy Dal Vada is ready to serve.
