Senior Congress leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit passed away on Saturday at the Escorts Hospital here in New Delhi. She was 81. According to the hospital, Dikshit suffered a cardiac arrest at A3:15 p.m. "She passed away at 3:55 p.m.,"Ashok Seth, Director, Escorts Fortis said. The three-time Delhi Chief Minister was unwell for some time.
