Sawan, one of the most auspicious month of Hindus begun and Lord Shiva's Bhakts celebrate this month with great fervour and worshiping Shiva in the month long devotional period. But, as per Hindu Mythology there is a special reason behind Sawan Month to be Lord Shiva's Favourite.

भगवान शिव को श्रावण मास या सावन का महीना बहुत प्रिय है । पौराणिक मान्यताओं के आधार पर भगवान भोलेनाथ को सावन के महीने में पूजा अर्चना करने से मनचाहे फल की प्राप्ति जल्द होती है । भगवान इस महीने अति प्रसन्न होते है और भक्तों की सच्चे मन से मांगी गई इच्छाओं को पूरा भी करते है । वहीं भगवान शिव के लिए सावन माह खास कारणों से प्रिय है ।
