There is a campaign going on that the Konda Murali and Konda Surekha couple is looking towards BJP. It is reported that they have come forward to the BJP demanding that Bhupalapalli give their daughter a ticket. Surekha, who contested and defeat in the last election, On the other hand, Gandra Satyanarayana, who lost the Bhupalapalli seat in the last election, will also join the BJP. The BJP lines say that there is some ambiguity as the couple and Sathyanarayana are demanding a Bhupalapally ticket.

తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీకి ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో భారీ షాక్ తగిలే అవకాశాలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఒకపక్క ఇప్పటికీ పార్టీ ఫిరాయింపులతో శాసన మండలిలోనూ , శాసన సభలోనూ ప్రతిపక్ష హోదా కోల్పోయిన కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో దిద్దుబాటు చర్యలు లేవు. అంతే కాదు పార్టీలోనే నేతలు ఒకరి మీద ఒకరు ఆరోపణలు చేసుకుంటూ పార్టీని మరింత దిగజారుస్తున్నారు. దీంతో ముఖ్య నాయకులు సైతం ప్రత్యామ్నాయం కోసం చూస్తున్నారు. ఇక ఆ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం కేంద్రం లో అధికారంలో ఉన్న బీజేపీనేనని భావిస్తున్నారు.
