Good morning. We saw some heavy showers yesterday and overnight. Namwon in Jeollanam-do Province saw nearly 150 millimeters. Jungnang-gu in Seoul almost 100... and right now rain clouds are dropping showers on Seoul and parts of Gangwon-do Province.
Meanwhile, Goseong-gun in Gangwon-do Province are under a heavy rain advisory, seeing showers more than 30 millimeters in an hour, expect to see passing showers across much of the country through tonight. Keep an umbrella handy.
Temperature-wise, we'll a notice rise in temperatures readings. It will be 3 to 4 degrees higher than yesterday, but passing showers could help to bring down highs a bit.
For a closer look at today's readings, morning lows are kicking off similar to yesterday ranging from 20 to 22 degrees Celsius.
Daily highs will be 27 to 32 degrees Celsius, Jeju and Gyeongju will be at 28 degrees.
