10/10 recommend. The atmosphere is one of the most welcoming and friendly that I have experienced since moving here. The atmosphere is vibrant and the coaches are so patient. Although the classes are mixed with all experiences; the coaches take the time to teach you and make sure your practicing the correct form to not hurt yourself. The gym is open for you to come either to the class or to actually work out. All the equipment is accessible. Not only that but the coaches are really there to establish a family dynamic with all of the members.
