CNN reports US delivery company FedEx has filed a lawsuit against the American government.
It's arguing it shouldn't be required to enforce federal government export bans.
FedEx mishandled a couple of deliveries for Huawei, and failed to deliver a Huawei smartphone shipped from the UK to the US.
The company says US regulations essentially deputizes FedEx to police the contents of the millions of packages it ships daily.
