In the 1970's and 80's a group of deadly black Gangsters helped the Detroit Mafia control the underworld of Detroit. Chester Campbell, Frank "Nitti" Usher, Adolph "Doc Holliday" Powell, Harold "the Hawk" Morton, and James "Red" Freeman were their names.
