Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said his party members will not join Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) even if the party is deregistered.

He said that parties like Bersatu or Amanah should be dissolved if they want to see the Muslims be united.

Ahmad Zahid Hamidi also said it is his right to resume duties as Umno president as he was rightfully elected to the post.
