Modi Government raises tax, Petrol, diesel price hike by Rs 2.5 . India's first full-time finance minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, presented the budget yesterday, the first impact of the Modi government has hit the common man. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced increase in excise duties on petrol and diesel at the rate of Rs 2 per liter during the budget speech. Due to which, petrol has been costlier by Rs 2.50 per liter and diesel 2.30 paise per liter from today.

देश की पहली पूर्णकालिक वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण कल बजट पेश किया, मोदी सरकार के इस बजट की पहली मार आम आदमी पर पडी है । वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने बजट भाषण के दौरान पेट्रोल और डीजल पर 2 रुपये प्रति लीटर की दर से एक्साइज ड्यूटी बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया था. जिसके चलते आज से पेट्रोल 2.50 रुपये प्रति लीटर और डीजल 2.30 पैसे प्रति लीटर महंगा हो गया है. .
