Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget during the second term of the Modi government. This budget has been given the name of Bahikhata. Nirmala Sitharaman brought this budget to a folder of red cloth, not in a briefcase. Nirmala Sitharaman read Chanakya Sutra and Shayari before starting the budget.

वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने मोदी सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल के दौरान बजट पेश किया । इस बजट को बहीखाते का नाम दिया गया है । इस बजट को निर्मला सीतारमण एक ब्रीवकेस में नही बल्कि लाल कपड़े के फोल्डर में लाई थी । निर्मला सीतारमण ने बजट की शुरुआत करने से पहले चाणक्य सूत्र और शायरी पढ कर की।
