Rowdies and anti social elements tormenting the public due to drug abuse has increased, especially in Vijayanagara. In a CCTV footage which has surfaced now, 4 rowdies who came to a hotel on 2 bikes started attacking customers and vandalising items all of a sudden. The violence took place at a hotel on June 30 on Vijanagar main road. The rowdies reportedly attacked several others with lethal weapons and were reportedly under the influence of drugs.
