I have been going to Dr. Chen for over 10 years and cannot express how appreciative I am for him and his team. We left our family-friend dentist due to the drive and I am very happy with the outcome. While under his care, I have needed two different implants in the front of my mouth from a childhood injury. Unlike many doctors, I feel like Dr. Chen REALLY cares about his patients and will go out of his way to meet their individual needs and exceed their expectations. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He welcomes questions and explains everything he's doing as he's doing it. My first implant was in college and my second in my mid 20's. As you can imagine, I was very anxious about the thought of having a removable tooth for ~6 months of my adult life while the implant was healing etc. before I could get the crown. The first time around, I didn't care for the lab-made flipper tooth and it was going to be a week before I could get another tooth made by the lab. Dr. Chen did everything possible to fix the tooth to the best he could (even though he wasn't the one who made it) and rushed the process to get the lab to make another one to my, maybe excessively high, standards. He made the process smooth and would personally call me if he needed clarification on anything to keep things on schedule. I really wanted my implant and crown done before my summer vacation and he was able to rush the order and go out of his way to fit me in to meet the deadline without sacrificing quality. I feel like he gives his patients the care that he would give his family members. I go to him for routine cleanings two times a year as well and have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. Everyone is very friendly and the office is very clean. They also let you watch a tv show or movie while they work on your teeth which makes the process more enjoyable. My...
