The Encephalitis outbreak in Bihar has triggered a health crisis in the state. In Muzaffarpur alone, 132 children have lost their lives in the last few weeks. Today, Muzaffarpur chief judicial magistrate (CJM) has ordered a probe against union health minister Harsh Vardhan and also Bihar health minister Mangal Pandey. That's not all, the Supreme Court too has come down heavily on the centre and Bihar government, reports Prabhakar Kumar.
