President Trump mocked his critics in a tweet on Friday.
President Trump on Friday tweeted out an edited video which depicts him being president forever.
According to Business Insider, the video was "adapted from a 2018 Time magazine tweet showing a series of Trump campaign yard signs through the centuries in an apparent attempt to troll the media."
The original animation was intended to promote the magazine's cover story about how "Trumpism will outlast Trump."
While the edited video shows the Time cover, it ends with the president visible over the last Trump yard sign where the years go up in four-year intervals then speed up to 90000 after which the sign says "EEEEEE" and then "4EVA."
This video isn't the first time the president has joked about remaining in office past the two-term limit mark.
After Chinese President Xi Jinping got rid of term limits, Trump reportedly said: "He's now president for life. President for life….And look, he was able to do that. I think it's great. Maybe we'll have to give that a shot some day."
