Rakhine (Myanmar), Jun 18 (EFE/EPA).- There were “systemic and structural failures” of the United Nations in handling the lead-up to Myanmar's 2017 military crackdown and exodus of Rohingyas to Bangladesh, an independent inquiry has found.
