Indian Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar filed a civil lawsuit against an Australian Bat Company Spartan, accusing it of using his name and image to promote products and then failing to pay him $ 2 Million in royalties. The Lawsuit is filed in federal court and Sachin Tendulkar asked Company to pay the respected amount.
