Born in 1983, Smarajit entered the world of music at a very tender age under the tutelage of Late Prof.Sukumar Chanda and later Pt.Buddhadeb Dasgupta. He participated in many competitions and music festivals and came out with flying colours. He completed his Masters in Music with first class. He is also A-Grade artist of All India Radio and TV. Surrounded by different forms of music he developed his own unique style. His signature is evident in this debut album.
