The egg is good source nutrition. you can have them in breakfast, Dinner & in numerous ways, Egg curry is one of those yummy dishes that are easy to make and yummy to taste.
Egg curry - ingredients and method
Ingredients
Boiled eggs - 4
Chicken masala - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Garlic - onion masala - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 medium sized
Garlic cloves - 4/7
Coconut - 1/4 bowl
Green chillies - 3 - 4
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Coriander leaves - 1/4 bowl
Method :
Put chopped onion on frying pan or tawa and fry till it gets little brown, then add chillies, chopped coconut, garlic, ginger till everything gets brownish in color, once done let it cool down a bit then grind it all together until medium coarse texture, then add coriander leaves, little salt, turmeric powder and grind again once the paste is done. Keep aside, now fry 4 boiled eggs until golden brown and keep aside. Now put 2 tbsp oil and cook masala (grinded paste) for 2 minutes and put chicken masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, onion - garlic masala and stir well. Put 1 bowl water let it boil and once started boiling add eggs and salt. Garnish it with coriander leaves once the curry is ready.
