Students from the Beijing Shaolin Martial Arts School displayed the kung fu technique called 'iron bridge' or 'iron back' in Beijing which requires the learner to lay flat in a stiff position suspended in mid-air, supported only by their neck and ankles.
The display of the 'iron back' technique was followed by students performing 'iron throat,' where they balance their weight via their throat on a pole, and other kung fu skills. Beijing Shaolin Martial Arts School has about 3000 students studying traditional Chinese Kung Fu in Beijing and a total of more than 20,000 students all around the world including in the USA and Russia.
