North Korea accused the U.S. of intensifying tensions on the Korean Peninsula,... and slammed its (quote) "evil ambition" to conquer the regime by force,... even while it advocates dialogue.
The North's state-run Korean Central Television announced that the statement, issued by the Institute for American Studies under the regime's foreign ministry,... carried complaints about Washington's continued sanctions and military drills.
It also warned that the use of strength is not at all a monopoly of the U.S.,... hinting it could resort to use of force if Washington does not change its stance.
