A sizeable vice-ministerial reshuffle at government ministries and organizations was announced today as the Moon administration now enters year three.

As the Moon administration enters its third year,... the president today reshuffled a number of vice-minister-level positions at government ministries and organizations.
A total of nine personnel have been repositioned, including all three vice-ministers at the defense, foreign and unification ministries. The move comes at a time when the peace-process on the Korean Peninsula is facing an impasse.
Cho Sei-young will serve as the new vice foreign minister,... having served as the head of Korea National Diplomatic Academy as well as the former director of a Northeast Asia bureau under the foreign ministry.
Suh Ho, presidential secretary for unification policy, is set for the position of vice unification minister,...
while Park Jae-min , the chief of the defense ministry's firepower management office has been advanced to the position of vice defense minister.
For the other government ministry positions
Kim Sung-soo is set for the role of vice minister for science and ICT. He is currently the president at the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology.
Kim Kyung-wook and Sohn Byung-doo have been promoted to the roles of vice minister for transportation and vice chairman at the Financial Services Commission, respectively.
The Ministry of Interior and Safety will have Kim Gye-jo as its vice minister. Prior to the announcement, Kim has served as the head of Disaster and Safety Management within the ministry.
Lee Jae-ouk , is set to serve as the vice minister for agriculture, food and rural affairs.
And lastly, Kim Gang-lip will be the vice representative at the Health and Welfare Ministry.
