Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes are truly beautiful. They all offer roomy walk-in closets and washer/dryer connections. Each home comes with computer area/room that is pre-wired for high speed internet. The kitchens are equipped with breakfast bars, dishwashers, disposals and icemakers, maple cabinetry and a built-in wine rack. All bath rooms have comfortable garden tubs and a spacious vanity. Every home has an area set aside for use as a dining room. You can enjoy the four different beautiful Atlanta seasons from the privacy of your large patio/deck. Select apartments even have lofts with vaulted ceilings and/or fireplaces available. We offer privacy as a gated community. As far as your utilities, Parkside is total electric, saving you from expensive gas bills. You would have to pay for electric and water each month. There is also a $5.00 trash fee added to the water bill monthly. Phone, cable and high-speed internet are the other available utilities if you choose to have those services. Your insurance provider will also be glad to hear about our fire sprinkler systems in each building and non-monitored alarm systems in each home. Should you choose to have the system monitored, you are free to choose any monitoring company of your choice. Parkside at Town Center has a fitness center, a business center and a conference room that are all available 24 hours a day for our residents. There is also a tennis court, a car care center with a vacuum, a sparkling lap pool with a fountain and a playground for the kids. To get everything rolling, we would need a $60 application fee and a $150 deposit and $150 administrative fee to take an apartment off of the market for up to three weeks. At move-in, you would pay the first months rent or prorate potion thereof, plus a one-time $25 water connection fee. As far as approval we look at your residential history, credit history and criminal background. We put the highest emphasis on the residential history. If you have any questions, please call and we will be happy ...
