Malaysia’s economy expanded by 4.5% in 1Q19, beating economists’ estimates of about 4.3% to 4.4%, although it still lagged last year’s pace of 5.3%. Meanwhile, S P Setia expects a delay of around one year for phase 2 and 3 of the Battersea Power Station.
