Today's recipe is Aam Ka Chunda is a yummy mango pickle that is made from grated raw mangoes, which is sundered in a sugar syrup and mildly spiced. The Chunda pickle is a great recipe to go along with Thepla, Khakhra & Parathas.
The Chundo also known as Chunda or Khaman is a classic Gujarati sweet and sour mango pickle that is made with raw mangoes. Raw mangoes are grated and combined with sugar syrup and some spices to make this ever delicious Gujarati Chunda pickle.
Thelpas and Chundo are a famous combination, that even children enjoy this pickle due to its sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients:
Raw Mango (grated)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Method: Let's start with Raw Mango (grated) in the bowl, in which add Turmeric Powder, Salt. Mix it properly together and keep it side for half n hour.
After half n hour add this to bigger bowl, then add Sugar mix it again properly. Then cover it with Muslin Cloth for 10 hours, after 10 hours heat up in the kadai (as shown in the video). Cook it till it gets thick in low flame. After it is ready, let it cool down and then add Red Chilli Powder. Now your Sweet Raw Mango Chunda is ready.
