PAS must come out and explain allegations of a "dedak cartel" (money politics) in the Islamist party, says PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

He said although PAS believed this was an internal party matter, it had spread to the public sphere.

He also commented on measures taken by the Election Commission to restrict ministers and deputy ministers from campaigning during working hours.
