Ingredients:
200 gms Whole Wheat Flour
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt
75 ml Water
For Making the Stuffing
1 cup Cauliflower (grated)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
Salt
3 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour

Method: Lets start with Whole Wheat Flour in the bowl to which add Vegetable Oil, Salt & Water. Mix it all together to make medium soft dough, when the dough kneaded well add again a touch of Vegetable Oil and kneed it one last time. Now cover your Dough under muslin cloth for minimum 15 minutes. Now for making the stuffing start with adding Cauliflower (grated) in the mixing bowl with Coriander Leaves, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Salt. Mix it all together properly.
Now lets make the Paratha for which take the Dough and spread it nicely (as shown in the video) then add Ghee all over it with Whole Wheat Flour, now bring all together and divide it in equal proportion making a round shape. Make the shape into a bowl to add the stuffing. Now add all the stuffing inside, bring all the side together pushing the stuffing into the center. Do drench it with flour or you can use the rolling pin, then dry roast in the beginning, flip it over and add Ghee or Oil and roast it again. Do the same with remaining dough portion and your Gobi Paratha is ready to serve.
