Soldier Convicted of
Killing Iraqi Prisoner The Trump administration
announced a full pardon to
Army 1st Lt. Michael Behenna. Behenna had been convicted
in 2009 by a military court of
killing a suspected al-Qaeda member. Ali Mansur Mohamed was shot
and killed by Behenna in 2008
during questioning about a road-side bombing. Behenna was sentenced
to 25 years and paroled in 2014. The former soldier spoke personally
with President Donald Trump on the phone. Michael Behenna,
