According to analysis, the multiple rocket launchers have a range of between 70 to 240 kilometers,... about 40 kilometers farther than what the Joint Chiefs of Staff initially announced.

Meanwhile, North Korean state media reported Sunday that Kim Jong-un oversaw the "strike drill" and gave the order of firing to "increase the combat ability" of the country.
The KCNA said the purpose of the drill was to test the performance of large-caliber long-range multiple rocket launchers and tactical guided weapons by defense units.
