Info from Licensor: "I noticed a bird flying out behind my backyard that I had never seen before. With the help of Google, I determined it was a Caspian Tern. It had continued to fly around for an hour or so and I noticed it was looking for fish, so I took my phone out and started recording. I just so happened to catch him diving into the pond when the goose came and attacked him. I had never seen anything like it.

What you don't see in the video is that, the bird didn't actually drown initially but it did die from its injuries in the pond. The goose also attacked because it was protecting its nest on the island right beside it. Their are a total of 3 dead Caspian Tern's in the pond and I know the goose killed at least 2 of them (I assume he killed the 3rd one as well). This same goose nests here every spring."
