Ingredients:
500 gm Chicken (boneless)
1 Egg
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin seeds powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Salt
Coriander Leaves
4 tbsp Chickpea Flour
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Method: Let's start with grinding the Chicken, then take it out in the bowl and add Egg, Coriander & Cumin seeds powder, Garam Masala, Asafoetida, Mix Masala, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Chickpea Flour. Now mix them all properly and prepare it to shallow fry. Also, add Ginger-Garlic Paste to the mix in the bowl and mix it again.
Now make small rolls (as shown in the video) using little oil and shallow fry them in the pan. Make sure you fry them on both sides. Now your Chicken Seekh Kebab is ready to be served
