Cyclone Fani landfall close to Gopalpur near Puri. Over 10 Lakh people in low lying areas of 13 districts in Odisha have been shifted to cyclone shelters. All business establishments, private and government offices are shut in 11 coastal districts. Odisha government has evacuated more than one million people to safer places in 19 districts in less than 24 hours.
