Ingredients:
500 gm Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves
Water
1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
Juice of 10 Lemons
Salt

Method: Let's start with adding Sugar in the Pan with Water let it boil for a bit till sugar and water mix together. Then add Mint Leaves into the mixer with Water, grind it to a coarse paste. Next, add this paste to Sugar and Water Mix, then add Ginger (grated) optional, Juice of 10 Lemons, mix it properly and add Salt. Switch off the gas and let it cool down. Now to make the sharbat add two tablespoons of concentrated mix into the glass with cold water added later (as shown in the video), garnish it with mint leaves and Lemon slice on side of the glass and your Nimbu Pudina Sharbat is ready to be served.
