What is the best way to relieve stress?
Stress can be caused by both good and bad experiences and people feel stressed by their own practices so basically you need to control you, make some little changes in you so that things don’t disturb you. Now the question how can you do that.? As suggested earlier YOGA is the best option to do. But just Do Yoga is very vague term to tell, you need to find what Yoga Styles can make you feel better in case of stress. Like Pranayama can help you to get rid with stress and there are many other. Also there are also many things that matters like your diet, daily routine, your work etc. you can get rid with stress by doing this small things like Set daily routine for you. Do Yoga properly, don’t miss it. Take Lunch and Dinner at time. Do your work properly, and try to complete it on same day.
