Jennifer Lopez to Receive
Fashion Icon Award The Council for Fashion Designers
of America (CFDA) made the
announcement on Tuesday. CFDA Chairwoman Diane von Furstenberg The event is regarded by many
as the "Oscars of fashion." Previous recipients of the
Fashion Icon Award include: Naomi Campbell, Beyoncé,
Pharrell Williams and Rihanna. Kim Kardashian received the Influencer
Award in 2018, a new category created
especially for her by the CFDA. J.Lo will receive the
2019 Fashion Icon Award on
June 3 at the Brooklyn Museum.
