Italian Prime Minister has called for an immediate cease-fire in Libya and Qatar’s Foreign Minister has said countries must be stopped from supplying arms to Libya. Yesterday Giuseppe Conte hosted a meeting in Rome between Libya's Deputy Prime Minister and the Qatari Foreign Minister.
