SALT TO TASTE
1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
¼ CUP SUGAR
½ TSP GARAM MASALA
2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
EVENLY MIX IT
¼ CUP WATER
SIMMER FOR 15-20 MIN.
MIXTURE INTO FINE PUREE
STRAIN IT
PLACE ON STOVE
2 TBSP BUTTER
3 TSP HEAVY CREAM
MIX THE CHICKEN
½ TSP KASOORI MEETHI
COOK FOR 4-5 MIN.
