The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed the government’s objection over admissibility of the ‘leaked’ documents cited by petitioners seeking review of Rafale verdict of December 2018. The top court has allowed use of the documents in admitting the review petition filed by former Union ministers Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie, and lawyer-activist Prashant Bhushan.

ఎన్నికలకు ముందు కేంద్రానికి షాక్ తగిలింది. దేశాన్ని కుదిపేస్తోన్న రాఫెల్ కేసుకు సంబంధించి దాఖలైన రివ్యూ పిటిషన్లపై అభ్యంతరం తెలుపుతూ విచారణ చేయరాదని కోరుతూ కేంద్రం మరో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అయితే న్యాయస్థానం మాత్రం వాటన్నిటినీ విచారణ చేస్తామని పేర్కొంది. అంతేకాదు రాఫెల్‌కు సంబంధించి లీకైన డాక్యుమెంట్ల ఆధారంగా కూడా విచారణ చేస్తామని పేర్కొంది. రివ్యూ పిటిషన్లను విచారణ చేస్తామని ఛీఫ్ జస్టిస్ రంజన్ గొగోయ్ నేతృత్వంలోని త్రిసభ్య ధర్మాసనం ఏకగ్రీవంగా తెలిపింది.
