North Korea and China have opened a new cross-border bridge that connects North Korea's northern city of Manpo and China's northeastern city of Jian.
This comes as North Korea and China celebrate 70 years of diplomatic ties this year.
On Monday morning,... four North Korean buses took 120 Chinese tourists into Manpo,... who took a look around,... before returning in the late afternoon.
Pyeongyang and Beijing finished constructing the bridge in 2016 but couldn't open it due to international sanctions.
Sources say China's regional governments are trying to cooperate with North Korea... because the central government can't, considering Beijing's relations with the U.S.
