This is the moment when wrestler Bret (The Hitman) Hart was attacked by a spectator as he was giving a speech during the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in Brooklyn on Saturday (April 6).
In the video, we can see other wrestlers helping to control the attacker and security getting him out of the room while being booed by the audience.
Bret Hart, who wasn't hurt, resumed his speech shortly after.
The filmer told Newsflare that "this was not any sort of storyline or staged event."
Authorities say the attacker faces assault and trespassing charges. Bail was set at $1,500 US for Zachary Madsen, of Lincoln, Neb., at a hearing on Sunday night. The judge also issued orders of protection, barring Madsen from approaching Hart and a security worker.
The induction event resumed after the fan was taken into custody.
