Man Arrested By FBI for
Allegedly Threatening
to Kill Rep. Ilhan Omar New York resident Patrick Carlineo
was arrested after allegedly
making the threat over the phone
to one of Omar's staffers. Patrick Carlineo, alleged conversation, via Vice News The conversation
was reported to the
FBI on March 21st. Carlineo told the Bureau
he is a Trump supporter
and doesn't like Muslims
in the U.S. government. Rep. Omar – a Minnesota Democrat –
is one of only two Muslim women
who have been elected to Congress. An outspoken critic of Israel,
Omar has received numerous
threats since taking office. The FBI is also investigating
graffiti that appeared in
Minnesota which called
for her assassination.
