South Korea's top security chief says it's highly unlikely another inter-Korean summit will happen before next week's meeting between Presidents Moon and Trump.
Speaking to the National Assembly's House Steering Committee on Thursday,.. Chung Eui-yong was asked whether President Moon plans to meet with Kim Jong-un before flying to Washington.
Chung says it'd be difficult to set up within such a short timeframe,... and insisted a summit with the U.S. should come first.
He added Seoul did not expect the Hanoi summit to end without an agreement,... adding neither Pyeongyang nor Washington predicted the outcome either.
