BJP president Amit Shah filed his nomination in Gandhinagar, Gujarat where he is contesting the Lok Sabha polls. He is replacing party patriarch L.K. Advani who has held the seat for six terms. In a show of strength, Amit Shah held a 4-km roadshow in the city. He was flanked by Union Ministers Arun Jaitley and Rajnath Singh, besides being accompanied by NDA partners like Uddhav Thackeray and Parkash Singh Badal.
